- Players wishing to play for real money at DesperateWivesBingo must be at least 18 years of age or older.
- Only one account per player is permitted.
- Upon registration of an account, the Player agrees to comply with the site rules and will keep User Name and Passwords secure at all times, ensuring the prevention of any unauthorized use of the same and therefore accepts liability for any damages which may be caused by the misuse of the Player account.
- Depending on the game played, there are different minimum card purchases required. non-depositing players using the Free 5 Bonus Cash Bucks are limited to a 3 card MAX per game on some games until making a deposit.
- Bingo is played in "Auto-play" mode. Players need not be present to play.
- Cards may be purchased in advance for various games or specials.
- The purchase of all cards is final.
- Winning bingo cards will be confirmed against the game pattern for the game in progress only.
- In the case of there being more than one winning card, the prize will be split equally amongst the number of winners.
- In case of any dispute, management decision will be final.
- Management reserves the right to terminate any player found to be violating any of these Game Rules.

Withdrawal Rules
At Desperate Wives Bingo we strive to make withdrawing your winnings as quick and easy as possible. We strive to ensure that all of our players get their money in a timely manner with no hidden strings or fees attached!
- NO play through rules on bingo games.
- All deposit must be fully cleared before withdrawals will be finalized
- Withdrawals are processed twice a week on a Monday and Friday. Your payout request must be received by 11:59PM the day prior.
- Minimum cash-out amount: £25.00.
- There may be limits on withdrawal amounts based on what payment processor you are using. If you are withdrawing more than £1000 pounds, please contact accounts if you have questions before making your withdrawal transaction.
- You may request one cash-out per 7 day period per player / Neteller account..
- Deposits may not be withdrawn except on closure of account.
- Maximum withdrawal per 30 day period is £2500.
- Any charge backs will result in your account being disabled and all purchases and subsequent winnings deemed void.
- Withdrawals are not permitted within 10 days from initial registration of an account.
- First deposits are subject to a 10 day withholding period.
- Management reserves the right to delay payment of any large winnings until you provide a picture and story for promotional purposes.
- Accounts must have been funded with a cash deposit within 15 days prior to requesting a withdrawal.
- Winnings derived from any complimentary, promotional Bonus or Free Cards received by the Player are not eligible for withdrawal, any winnings received by the Player made from purchases using winnings derived from any complimentary, promotional Bonus or Free Card purchases can not be cashed out.
- Bonus Cash cannot be withdrawn
- Bonus Cash will be removed upon withdrawal request up to 50% of remaining cash balance
- Minimum deposit of £25.00 before withdrawal.
- Casino games subject to 12 times play through before withdrawal.
- Accounts will be credited 5.00 Bonus Cash on completion of a withdrawal to cover any fee’s which may be levied by third party Merchants

Account Rules
Management at their sole discretion may withhold or delay any payment to any Player should the Player have provided false or misleading information, is found to have violated any site rule, or if the Player account is not maintained in good standing which may render any purchase or subsequent winnings void. This may also include any game which requires further investigation if warranted due to any system malfunction in which case we will be under no obligation to pay players who take advantage of these occurrences and an alternative award may be determined on a case by case basis.
It is the responsibility of Player to ensure that they understand and comply fully in respect of any national and international laws, regulations, directives etc applicable to the Player.
Transfer of funds between player accounts is not permitted.
Management reserves the right to terminate any Player at any time without notice or, at its discretion, suspend a Player's account, void any winnings and withhold any balance in a Player's account if the player is found to be violating any of the above rules.
Management reserves the right to amend these Rules from time to time and vary them without prior notice. The Player upon registration accepts and agrees to abide by the rules as set out above and which maybe amended from time to time. The Player is responsible for review of these rules and policies on a regular basis.

Chat Room Etiquette
- Respect - Please use respect at all times in particular to all chat members and the Chat Leader and their authority at all times.
- Have Fun - We encourage a good time be had by all. We enjoy the "community" atmosphere, so please keep our chat rooms a place where you would bring your friends for a visit and lots of fun. Children under the age of 18 are not permitted to play bingo, and parents will be held responsible for the actions of minor children using their accounts.
- Be Nice - If you can't say something nice, then don't say anything at all. A good rule of thumb is "if you don't want someone to say it about you or one of your friends, then you do not say it about other people".
- Help Others - Keep in mind we were all once "newbies" here and others took time to answer your questions. Please return the kindness done for you to others. If someone is mean to you just remember "because someone is being mean doesn't mean we have to be mean to them".
- Learn from Others - We have different people from all walks of life in our chat rooms. Please remember that different cultures have different beliefs, and we may all learn something new from each other.
- Learn from Mistakes - If you are warned about your behavior in our chat room please heed it. You may receive a warning in the chat room or a written warning. We hold the right to cancel accounts for serious breech of chat rules. If you can give us good reason for allowing you to continue as a member of the "community", we will consider removing any restrictions that may have been placed on your account. .
- Choosing a Username - Please remember we are a "community" oriented site and have a community image to uphold. No reference to body parts, sexuality, illegal drugs, rude or offensive language, no context spelling of any offensive matter to slide by our rules. Some of our players do take offense while some may appreciate the humor shown. Keep your Username clean, fun and free from any wordplay that would be considered offensive to any community member. Be cautious not to include religious usernames as well. We don't want to offend any walks of life :)
- Solicitation - No solicitation of any nature is permitted.
- Other Sites - No endorsement or promoting of any other sites is permitted or tolerated.
- Writing in CAPS - This is considered yelling in the chat world and can be highly annoying to players. Do not use caps unless requested by the Chat Leader.
- Cheeky Chat – We have a few late night adult chat games. If you feel the need to express the wilder side of you, feel free to do it here. Let’s not get too raunchy, just have fun and let loose.
