- How do I open an account?
After registering as a player at DesperateWivesBingo, the next step is to fund your account with a deposit using one of our many deposit options.
Sign in with your nickname (alias) and password; select either the Deposit or Cashier link. You will then be given a choice of options including: EcoCard, MoneyBookers, Neteller, Neteller InstaCash. Follow the instructions on your screen - minimum deposits vary between £5 and £25 dependant on your selection. - When will my deposits show up in my account?
In most cases funds will be credited to your DesperateWivesBingo account within one minute of making a deposit. - How do I check my account balance?
Simply go to the DesperateWivesBingo home page and log in to the game. Your current account balance will be displayed on your screen.
- I have a query regarding my account. What do I do?
First contact your chat leader in the game Help room. If they cannot assist you, please open a ticket from the Support Help Desk on the homepage or send an e-mail to support@desperatewivesbingo.com. - How do I get paid when I win?

- Do I have to pay tax on my winnings?
DesperateWivesBingo has no obligation to report a players winnings to any authority. So the choice is yours. Many jurisdictions do not view gaming winnings as taxable. However if this is a concern of yours, we suggest you contact a tax consultant in your area.
- Can I keep my winnings in my DesperateWivesBingo account?
Yes. You may hold any amount of funds (deposits or winnings) in your account for as long as you wish. Many players prefer to do this so as to have funds available for our big TOP and Jackpot games when required.
- What is the refund or cancellation policy?
Card purchases are final and no refund is available on cards already purchased. Refund of the balance in player account is subject to cash-out rules.

- Can I chat with other players?
Absolutely!! That's part of the fun. Come into the chat room. Make new friends and meet old ones. At DesperateWivesBingo we understand that people having fun together is the most important thing we can offer (apart from our great game prizes of course!!). You'll find our chat leaders are the friendliest and most helpful folks around.
- How many cards can I play?
That depends on the game you are playing. However, most all of our games have a minimum card purchase of 3 and a maximum card purchase of 100. Special promotional games may vary.
- How much do cards cost?
Again, that depends on the game you're playing. Card prices range from 5 pence to £2. For more details, log into your account and see our game selection page.
- Can I buy cards in advance?
Yes you can. You may buy cards in advance using Pre-buy or Auto-buy features. To buy your cards in advance, log in to the game and select "Buy Cards".
- Can I keep the same cards from game to game?
No, this is not possible. Our game server randomly creates and distributes new bingo cards for each new game. As in a live bingo hall or casino, players can only play each card once for every individual game. We do this to keep the game totally fair and honest.
- Is there always a winner?
Yes, every game always has a winner. Sometimes there may even be more than one winner, in which case the game prize or jackpot is shared accordingly. The winner's nickname is broadcast to all players that are logged in to the game. This confirms that the game has ended and that the winner has been awarded the game prize.
Don't forget… many of our games have multiple winners. We are the only bingo site that awards up to ten extra prizes per game to randomly selected players. That means up to ten chances per game to win - ten times better than any other site out there!
- How is the prize money determined?
Every game prize is determined by a complex formula which involves a percentage of the dollar value of cards purchased for the previous game and a percentage of the dollar value of cards purchased for the current game. TOP game prizes are determined by the latter formula plus a percentage of the dollar value of cards purchased during the preceding week or day - depending on the TOP game. Progressive Jackpots are determined by the dollar value of all previous card sales and build until the specific call per pattern is achieved. Basically we give away up to 80% of all card sales as CASH prizes every day!! The more folks playing and the more cards purchased, the bigger the prizes!
- What happens if there is more than one winner?
In the event that there is more than one CASH winner per game, our game server automatically splits the winning prize equally between the winners. Winning amounts are then credited to each players account.
- Can I join a game in progress?
No. Currently, we have a 5 second cut off before the game actually starts. Any purchase requests made after this cut off time will be declined.
- When I log in, can I remain anonymous?
Yes you can. When you register and deposit at DesperateWivesBingo, we ask you for your real name, address and contact details. This information is for our records only. It helps us to ensure that we know our players, and that all cash outs are going to the right parties. All registration details are securely stored in our database and are never made public.
You may remain anonymous in the game as well. When you register, you select a nickname and password. When you enter the game, you are identified by your nickname only. So unless you choose to communicate with your fellow players and pass on any personal information, there is no way for anyone to know your true identity.

Technical Problems
- How long can I play without being disconnected?
Depending on your type of ISP connection, you can stay in the game for as long as you like. In fact, as long as you've purchased cards in advance, you don't even have to be at your computer. Our game software will play every game for you and automatically notify you of any winnings. To buy cards in advance, go to "Buy Cards" on the game site menu.
- If my connection fails, am I kicked out of the game?
Our software has been programmed to track every card purchased for every game played. So even if you're disconnected, for whatever reason, your cards will still be played and your winnings will still be credited to your account. As long as you have purchased cards, you stand the same chance of winning as everybody else, no matter what!
- I'm having technical trouble. What do I do?
First contact your chat leader in the game Help room. If she cannot assist you, then please send an e-mail to support@desperatewivesbingo.com Write Tech Problem in the subject line to identify the nature of your issue. Then describe your problem in as much detail as you can, the time it occurred, the game you were playing, etc, etc. Remember to include your name, nickname and e-mail address. We will get back to you as soon as we possibly can. More often than not however, you will find the problem is a minor technical issue or a problem with your local service provider.
